Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• 10+ years of accounting/financial management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MS Dynamics, or ERP systems).
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with experience managing teams.
• Must be comfortable both managing and executing work tasks: we are a “roll-up your sleeves” environment
