Accountant, Manager

Qualifications: • Extensive experience reconciling balance sheet and income statement accounts, including accruals, prepaid expenses, and depreciation • Strong understanding of business operations as reflected through the general ledger • Knowledge of inventory accounting and reconciliation, with the ability to identify and make necessary adjustments • Experience preparing and filing sales tax, use tax, and year-end 1099 forms • Thorough understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions • Skilled in performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate cash records • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesEducation and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 5-7 years of accounting experience • CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
