Accountant, Manager

Qualifications: Extensive experience reconciling balance sheet and income statement accounts, including accruals, prepaid expenses, and depreciation Strong understanding of business operations as reflected through the general ledger Knowledge of inventory accounting and reconciliation, with the ability to identify and make necessary adjustments Experience preparing and filing sales tax, use tax, and year-end 1099 forms Thorough understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Skilled in performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate cash records Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesEducation and Experience:Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5-7 years of accounting experience CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
