- Proactively monitor project deliverables and status, identifying and resolving discrepancies/issues, or escalating issues for resolution by appropriate parties.
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to facilitate the achievement of project and service goals.
- Manage incoming phone calls from customers and employees, providing assistance or directing inquiries as necessary.
- Review and comprehend project documentation, including proposals, RFPs, contracts, requirements, and other project-related materials. Execute deliverables as required to support project success.
- Specific experience with technology solutions and/or industrial or government organizations.
- Prior experience as a first responder, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
- Familiarity with the use of two-way radio communications systems or equipment.
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience in customer service, internal support, project/service administration within a technical industry.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding basic technical documents.
- Strong skills in creating, developing, and formatting documents and spreadsheets using the Microsoft Office suite.
