Job Description:
We are currently seeking a part-time Payroll and HR Administrator. This role is ideal for someone looking to cut back their working hours or a parent seeking part-time work. The Payroll and HR Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and payroll functions.
Responsibilities:

Run weekly payroll for 34 employees using Paychex.

Update and maintain the company Employee Handbook to ensure it is up to date and compliant.

Ensure the company's compliance with payroll and HR regulations.

HR experience, including knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

Proficiency with Paychex payroll software.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.

Knowledge of compliance requirements related to payroll and HR.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information confidentially.
