Our client, a LARGE, GLOBAL, PUBLICLY TRADED Organization with their Senior Leadership team located in the Boston, MA area is searching for Executive Assistant to support their newly appointed CEO. This CEO is a highly accomplished and well-educated executive who is seeking a forward-thinking-right hand assistant.
The company has a reputation of being very respectful of their administrative staff and being extremely inclusive. The organization is extremely professional, offers a competitive salary including a comprehensive benefit plan, very generous 401K match, and PTO. Salary, DOE- 125-155K plus BONUS. MUST be in the office 5 days per week. MUST have previously supported a "C" suite Executive in a large, globally publicly traded company.
-This position involves strong partnership with the CEO and managing a complex calendar that includes scheduling meetings and travel, video conferences, off-site and internal events for the CEO & Executive team and the Board of Directors
-Drafting correspondence and memoranda, drafting & editing meeting minutes, creating PowerPoint slides, answering, and screening the senior executive's phone calls and directing inquiries to the proper party within the team
-Overseeing the office services function for the office with appropriate facilities representatives including safety and security protocols, and maintenance of the copy room, office supplies, and pantry
-Preparing event and meeting materials including assisting with the creation of presentations, handouts, and other related materials, as well as printing and collating of materials for the Executive team
-Serving as a first point of contact for the CEO and developing systems to prioritize the executive’s time and activities
Experience working with a global, public company
-Bachelor's Degree preferred and 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience supporting a C-level executive
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Significant experience with all Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook; capability to learn other applications such as Diligent (Board platform) and Concur (travel and expense management)
-Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
-Demonstrated ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO and the Executive team and operate proactively
