- Process customer inquiries
- Customer Service - handling questions, following up on orders, etc
- Work with various departments in the company
- Daily CRM
- Process documents
- BA Degree or 3 plus years of equivalent experience preferred
- Strong communications skills
- Microsoft skills
- Order Entry
- Support the sales team with trade shows and exhibits, including arrangements
