Busy consumer products company in Stamford is looking for a brand new Receptionist/Office Manager to be the point person in charge of making the office run smoothly and efficiently day after day.  This is a highly visible and energetic role where you will enjoy getting to know and work with all 70 employees including the senior level executives. 35 hour work week- 9-5 with an hour lunch.  Salary depends on experience $50-60K plus incredible benefit plan including dental, vision and a 401K that matches up 5%. This position is open due to a company merger and growth.

  • Meet and Greet visitors & vendor/suppliers
  • Manage all kitchen and office supply orders and stocking on a regular basis
  • Work with sales & marketing on product samples and office inventory
  • Manage Executives travel itinerary and setup as needed
  • Assist Executives with expense tracking and reimbursement and system set up for new users
  • Execute all Executive meeting management and office space reservation needs
  • Organize internal and external company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Administer mail distribution on a daily basis 
  • FedEx account management and training to all new users
  • Copying and filing as needed
Ideal Candidate Must Have
  • Previous Office Management /Coordination and Receptionist skills a must. Executive Assistants will not be considered for this role
  • Highly organized self-starter possessing strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills with ability to close out projects successfully 
  • from inception to completion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with people at all levels of the organization
  • Strong time management skill sets
  • Must be reliable and adaptable
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience
