Looking for a nice, part time role to help pay the bills or just to keep busy? Our client, a well known international consumer products organization in the Shelton area is looking for a part time Sales Assistant to help their dynamic Sales team with running reports, special mailings, and assisting with a variety of other projects. This is a flexible schedule - on site -10-20 hours a week. Salary: $20 per hour plus great opportunity to work long term with amazing people! 

This position is open due to company growth. 

Responsibilities
  • Set up new accounts in company portal
  • Set up new item forms  
  • Coordinate and organize mailings to sales reps and customers
  • Create binders and organize sales materials
  • Inventory reporting
  • Assist with Tradeshow preparation
  • Update team contact lists
  • Run Sales data reports on Excel 
Ideal Candidate Must Have
  • Beginner-intermediate Excel skills: simple formulas, manipulating data
  • Working knowledge of Outlook 
  • Strong organization skills
  • Reliable and task oriented 
  • Available 10-20 hours a week
