Introduction

Looking to get your foot in the door with a nice company that has 100 employees?  Our client, a manufacturing company in Bridgeport just promoted the last person we placed a few years ago in this role. This is temp to perm. DOE: $17-18/hr.  This role will segue to permanent status and it offers GREAT BENEFITS and VACATION.   

This position is open due to a Promotion.  

Responsibilities
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Ordering supplies
  • Stocking kitchen, which means going to BJ's/Costco to buy supplies
  • Organizing meetings
  • Calendar Management for Conf. Rooms
  • Keeping conf. rooms and kitchen tidy
  • Emptying Dishwasher
  • Doing Mailings, and administrative work as needed.  
     
Ideal Candidate Must Have
  • Prior office experience a must (internships are ok)
  • Basic Excel and Word
  • Good communications skills
  • Friendly and helpful personality
  • Team Player
