THIS CLIENT IS CURRENTLY CONDUCTING VIDEO INTERVIEWS:Our client, a growing company in Norwalk, CT has us searching for a candidate to fill their CSR role.   • Assist customers with issues pertaining to orders
  • Manage a group of Customers 
  • Work closely with the Sales Team
  • Must be able to work on deadlines and handle multiple projects
  • Liaise with other departments
Ideal Candidate Must Have
  • Experience in Corporate Customer Service
  • Four Year Degree
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Knowledge of Import industry
  • Great communications skills
